Could you please describe your role and responsibilities at DMI?
My role as Service Director means I am ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the service department, including administration, field engineers, line managers, and apprentice development.
At DMI, we deliver a first-class service to our clients. Part of my job is keeping them informed of any compliance changes and promoting performance reviews of contracts with individual clients.
What are your ambitions for the future of DMI as an organisation?
For the continual and steady growth of the DMI as a whole, this will allow us to adapt as we have over the past few years to keep the performance for all clients at the top level as the business expands.
What’s your best piece of advice for a young person looking to get into your profession?
Work hard, never give up and every day is a school day. Be open minded you will be surprised of what can be achieved if you just give it a try! Even now with the experience I have I learn something new every day.
When you’re not in the office, what are your hobbies?
I enjoy going fishing with family and friends, I am an avid fan of Formula 1 with a personal goal of attending a live race weekend. I also enjoy playing golf however my performance on the course is normally lacking!
